Brian Yates, owner
Brian is a supplier quality and launch engineer with 25+ years inside OEM and Tier 1 to 3 plants, with hands-on roles across quality, production and materials.
He has run unionized production floors at Lear and Ford, managed materials and launch logistics at Navistar, and led quality engineering, launches and supplier approvals at Schukra and on heavy-truck OEM programs. He has approved PPAPs on the customer side and built them on the supplier side, and still does both on live programs, including on-site PPAP reviews and supplier audits in India.
Before industry, Brian served ten years in the Canadian Armed Forces, including a United Nations peacekeeping mission.
