BQS is led by Brian Yates, a supplier quality and launch engineer with 25+ years inside OEM and Tier 1 to 3 plants, from Ford, Lear and Navistar to Schukra. He has approved PPAPs on the customer side and built them on the supplier side, and still does both on live programs. Before industry: ten years in the Canadian Armed Forces, including UN peacekeeping.
